PNY Technologies Inc. presented us with the v112b last month, and now the worldwide leading manufacturer of DRAM and Flash memory product has once again introduced a new product through their authorized HP partnership. The v240b and v240g are two new flash drives following the minuscule profile that was seen in the v112b.

The elegant design means to symbolize the tidiness and coherent professional feeling making it perfect for business people. Available in two colours – blue and green – it comes in no-nonsense plastic casing.

With a rugged body and a potective cap, the USB is protected from dust, water, and shock thanks to its strong polymer body. The keyhole on the cap allows to attach a lanyard to avoid losing your data by attaching it to you purse, keychain or other safe ‘attachment point.’

The COB packaging gives the drive its small dimension of 7 x16 x 31 mm as well as its weight of 4.2 grams, making it an ultra portable data storing device.

Capacities start from a common 2GB to whooping 32GB, including 4,8 and 16GB in between. Through a USB 2.0 interface, read and write speeds reach up to 18MB/s and 8MB/s respectively.

The v240b/v240g come with a two year warranty and is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista 7 as well as Mac OS 10.3 and above.

Why use a map when you can use a TomTom? Sat nav stands for satellite navigation and TomTom is the brand of the product. It is considered a reliable brand according to reviews. This GPS uses satellites to navigate you to your destination, and has the capability to not only navigate you throughout the United States but also in other areas of the world since it gets information from satellites. This navigation system has the ability to read directions out loud in a variety of voices. Different accents can be selected. The voices of Snoop Dogg, Darth Vader, Yoda, Bugs Bunny are also included. The different voices that read directions aloud are intended to make your experience using this product as good as possible. Software for the sat nav can be used on the computer. This product gets information from satellites quickly so you can be directed to your endpoint without hassle. TomTom assures customers that it is a quality product. In order to protect the outside of your tomtom Sat Nav, it is suggested that you buy a case. It is also advised that you do not keep your GPS out in the open once you have left your car. It is not uncommon for expensive products like sat navs to get stolen out of cars and you do not want someone to see it and have your car be broken into. If you want to check for traffic, maps on your TomTom can display the traffic flow of the area near you. Traffic information can also be printed if you are near a computer but the traffic gets updated frequently so it is not usually necessary to print the traffic information. Most importantly, TomTom Sat Navs will save you time and make sure you do not get lost! TomTom Sat Navs will make sure you do not get lost in an unfamiliar area.

The leader in digital imaging technology, Canon USA, introduced today a new camcorder that is equipped with 64GB of internal flash memory, entitled the VIXIA HF M32 Dual Flash Memory camcorder.

The VIXIA HF M32 has a long battery life of high-definition video recording. It comes with 64GB of internal flash memory, with the possibility to record up to twenty four hours of high-definition video.

The VIXIA HF M32 Dual Flash Memory Camcorder has an SD Memory Card slot that can read even the next generation of SDXC Memory Cards, giving the ability to increase the storage capacity to up to 2 Terabytes while enhancing data transfer speeds.

The VIXIA HF M32 camcorder is equipped with the genuine Canon HD Video Lens, HD CMOS Image Sensor and DIGIC DV III Image Processor while featuring a Touch Panel LCD and other features for capturing and sharing High Definition videos.

These features include:

Smart Auto: Makes shooting great video even easier by utilizing Canon’s DIGIC DV III Image Processor to intelligently detect and analyze brightness, color, distance and movement and automatically select the best setting for the scene being recorded.

Touch & Track: Enables users to select a subject on the Touch Panel LCD which will then be recognized and tracked. This sophisticated technology recognizes faces, objects, and even animals, ensuring the subject will always be in focus and properly exposed.

Relay Recording: Allows users to capture uninterrupted video when the primary recording media is full. The camcorder will continue to record a scene by switching from one memory source to the other as it fills up, so that a moment of action will not be missed.

Powered IS: In addition to Canon’s Dynamic SuperRange Optical Image Stabilization, Powered IS provides an even higher level of compensation for subtle hand movement at the telephoto end of the zoom range. This new enhancement can be engaged by pressing the Powered IS button on the LCD panel.

HD-to-SD Downconversion: Enables users to convert recorded HD video to standard-definition files while preserving the original HD video. These standard-definition files make it even more convenient to share video online or create a DVD.

Advanced Video Snapshot: Provides the flexibility of capturing two, four, or eight second video clips while recording or during playback.

The VIXIA HF M32 Dual Flash Memory Camcorder is also compatible with Eye-FI SD Memory Cards, and the WP-V2 Waterproof Case by Canon. It is expected to be available in September for the price of $999.99. The waterproof case on the other hand is already available for the price of $599.
