The global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, Samsung Electronics, announced the release of its Q-Series Notebooks, which are the Q530, the Q430 and the Q330.

Samsung’s Q-Series Notebooks combine mobility, style and power to provide and meet the needs of high level productivity demanding consumers. They will be available around the world from July, 2010.

The Q530 is designed to provide heavy mobility for business travelers and other consumers who rely on high PC performance while on the go. The Q530 comes with a 15.6 inch High-Definition LED Display with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

The Q430 comes with all the Q530 features, but with a 14 inch High-Definition LED Display with a 16:9 aspect ratio at the incredible weight of 2.09 kg.

The Q330 provides mobility and power combined with value and convenience. It comes with a 13.3 inch High-Definition LED Display at the featherweight of 1.97 kg. The Q330 can alternate graphic modes between Intel HD Graphics Card and the nVidia GeForce 310M. It also provides up to seven hours of battery life.

All the Notebooks in the Q-Series come with the Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5 processors.

G-Shock and the Surfrider Foundation comes again with co-branded collaboration watch -  the GRX5600SRF-3 digital watch. The timepiece has has Self-Charging, Tough Solar Power technology, shock resistant construction and recycled packaging.

Designed with the surf lifestyle in mind, has bright yellow and deep jade motif with the Surfrider logo on the band and the back, features 200M Water Resistant, Custom Full Auto EL Backlight with a red surfer catching a wave, 48 City World Time + UTC, 4 Daily Alarms and 1 Snooze Alarm, Hourly Time Signal, 1/100th Second Stopwatch, Dual Countdown Timers, and 12/24 Hr. Formats and Tide Graph function with 100 pre-set site locations as well as a Moon Age & Phase Data indicator for the ultimate tracking the tides.

Casio GRX5600SRF-3 is expected to be available in July for $130.

Casio America proudly announced the latest edition to its G-Shock family, which has the largest case design in G-Shock history. The Ultimate Tough GX56 watch measures 55.5mm x 53.6mm x 17.5mm and combines the latest Casio’s technologies in its shock resistant case.

The GX56 is nearly two times larger in volume than the classic model  DW560, has a solar panel combined with a large-capacity rechargeable battery, Mineral Glass face for increased scratch resistance and includes features like: Auto EL Backlight, Mud Resistance, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, World Time (31TZ/48 City + UTC), 4 Daily Alarms and 1 Snooze Alarm, and 12/24 Hr. Formats.
